Click Register and give your Student ID, your name and your department exactly as in the official graduate list, plus your mobile number and e-mail. Your password is sent to your mobile and e-mail at once; sign in with your mobile, e-mail or Student ID.
One registration covers one degree. If you hold more than one degree (for example Honours and Masters), register the one you want to receive at this convocation; its fee is shown on the Fees page.
Check your Student ID, name and department first — they must match the list. If you are still not found, ask your department or the Office of the Controller of Examinations to add you; an account can be created only once you are listed.

After your fee is paid, your degree is verified by your department and the Registrar office approves your registration. The card shows your block and seat number and a QR code used at the gate.

Certificates are handed over department-wise against signature on the distribution sheet. Bring your convocation card and NID; a representative needs your authorisation letter and their own NID.
